Attendance Overview

Regular daily attendance is essential for academic success, skill mastery, and consistent progress across all our grade levels. We expect all students to arrive on time and be fully prepared for instruction starting promptly at 6:15 PM EST.

Daily Schedule & Key Arrival Times

• Main Office Hours: 5:30 AM – 2:30 PM

• Breakfast Service: Starts at 5:50 AM

• First Instructional Period: Begins at 6:15 AM

Attendance Policies & Guidelines

• Reporting Absences: Parents or guardians must notify the main office by phone or email regarding any student absence before the start of the school day.

• Tardiness: Students arriving after the 6:15 AM first period bell must report directly to the main office to obtain a late pass before entering their classroom.

• Excused Absences: Documentation (such as a doctor's note or parent note) must be submitted within 48 hours of a student's return to excuse an absence.

• Make-Up Work: Students are responsible for coordinating with their teachers to collect and complete missed assignments following an excused absence.
