We are committed to providing a safe, confidential, and supportive environment where every student feels heard, valued, and connected. If you are feeling overwhelmed, stressed, or need someone to talk to, support is always available.
On-Campus & Community Support Services
School Counseling Office: Available to help students navigate academic stress, social challenges, personal struggles, and goal setting during school hours.
Peer Support Networks: Safe spaces within our school community where students can connect, share experiences, and support one another positively.
Crisis Assistance & Hotlines: Immediate external resources for students needing urgent mental health support outside of school hours.
When to Reach Out for Help
Experiencing persistent feelings of sadness, anxiety, or overwhelming stress.
Facing difficult personal situations, peer conflicts, or bullying.
Struggling to concentrate, sleep, or maintain daily routines due to emotional weight.
Feeling unsafe or needing a trusted adult to talk to in confidence.
How to Access Support
Submit a Support Ticket: Open a confidential support ticket in our community Discord under the #support channel to request a check-in with a staff member.
Visit the Main Office: Speak directly with a staff member during office hours (5:30 PM – 7:30 PM) to be connected with appropriate resources.
Emergency Assistance: If you or someone you know is in immediate danger, please reach out to a parent, guardian, local emergency services, or call/text the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline at 988.
